Access is only available as part of an NPS guided tour, which are unfortunately still suspended due to COVID. Walking inside a cliff dwelling is a very moving experience, and highly recommended. Requires supervised hiking from the campground.

Marion,

The water line going to the fridge comes off of the main water line supply. If you are connected to city water, there is no need to turn on the pump as the water lines are already pressurized. If you are using water from the potable water holding tank then you will have to turn on the pump to pressurize the system. There shouldn’t be anything different for the ice maker as is it usually tied into the cold water line from around the kitchen sink.

Sincerely,

Hello Steve,

I worked at Winnebago Ind for 15 years and have seen first hand the alignment machine that every motorhome goes through before being shipped to the dealers.  However, these units are aligned and recorded unloaded and after owners load the coaches, should be aligned again by a qualified alignment center!  I personally owned two of these units, one on a Freightliner model and the other a 2015 Mercedes and had no issues with tires once they were aligned properly.  Also, I conduct seminars throughout the country and have talked with hundreds of Mercedes owners and have not heard of any issues with the alignment?  I would suggest going to a CAT scale (www.catscale.com) and having the coached weighed by individual axles, find the weight on each tire, then visit a qualified alignment center that is familiar with the Mercedes, not just a tire store!  Have them call Winnebago to get the proper specs and you should not have problems.

Thanks

Hello Arlene,

For the past year and a half we have been shooting video on content that we believe is fairly generic to travel trailers, 5th wheels, and motorized
such as refrigeration, water systems, sewage, appliances, roof care and such.  Even though the demo model was a motorhome or 5th Wheel, the content pertains to all models.  However there was some motorhome specific content as our initial content survey identified the top information on searches.  We appreciate the feedback and will be shooting more trailer specific content now that we have a good library of generic videos.  Plus we will be developing a new owners library of videos that will cover this type of content.

Thanks,

We are going there this summer for the day. Thanks

Rv sites have mentioned an alighnment problem with some 2025 and 2016 views. Winnebago denied this in a call but more than one person claimed there’s was fixed. Help?
