RVRC Virtual University: Day 2 – Session 2

Keeping Your Cool – RV Refrigerators

Welcome back! Remember that your chat roll below is there for any questions you have for the speakers and your play, pause and volume controls are on your personal video player. This session will start at 4:00 pm CT.

An absorption refrigerator runs on either LP fuel, 120-volt power, or even 12-volt power with an inverter. Even though there are no moving parts, it is important to understand the operation of the cooling unit and tips to make your refrigerator run more efficient, especially during the dog days of summer! Learn maintenance procedures as well such as how to clean out the burner assembly, adjust the air tube, and clean the vent screen up on the roof!
