If you’re hitting the road soon, and you plan on using propane for various appliances during your trip, it’s important to check the level of your ASME tank to ensure you have enough LP to last the whole way. Some ASME systems come equipped with an exterior propane level gauge that simplifies this process, but most do not, which means you have to remove the tank and weigh it to check how much propane you have left.

    My plastic tub in my 3 year old travel trailer has two small cracks right at the drain. Does anyone have any advise on how to fix it? Thanks

    Instead of weighing the tank: remove the tank, pour hot water on the tank. The hot water can be out of your hot water tank. Taking care not to burn yourself feel the tank from the bottom up where the cold and hot line is. That line is how full the tank is. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3LoAqO0MxYc
