I have a 2005 Fleetwood Providence with a 350 Cat C7 engine. Once I start up and pull off a mile or so later the check engine light comes on a stays on about 5 minutes then goes out. This has happened a couple of times. The engine runs smoothly no other warning lights come on. when the light goes out it does not come back on until after the coach sits for a while. Is this something to be concerned about, or is this a early warning that something is going bad ? Thanks
Hello Ardo,
Here’s what the experts had to say about your question:
Usually when this happens there is a sensor going bad. If you have a OBD port to read codes it is best to have this checked as often it stores old codes as well. Usually the O2 sensor is failing or there is a loose connection somewhere but it is best to have it inspected soon before it gets worse.

Can anyone recommend the best swing out trailer hitch that will open wide enough to allow Sprinter rear doors to open at least to 90 degrees without being obstructed by a cargo box?
