I have a 2015 Winnebago View and the entertainment center used for the radio and backup camera and GPS won’t turn on. I thought it could be a fuse but it came on one time and then stopped working again. Also, I think it wouldn’t shut off before it wouldn’t turn on. I thought it could be a fuse in back of the unit but I’m thinking it might be the on off button. Is it hard to fix and remove the unit or where do I go to get it fixed. It’s a infotainment center made by XiteSolutions
202 thor 27 fe has 20 foot slide. our driveway has the rear 8 inches below front. how do I know if the tilt is too much for the slide mechanism??
Hello Alan,
Thank you for contacting us.
You only want to be off a few degrees when operating the slide out. Using a bubble level, check to see if the bubble is still within the lines. If it isn’t then I would not operate the slide out. Being off 8 inches is a lot and does not sound level enough to operate the slide. If the unit is level enough to camp in, then you can operate the slide. If you are at a steep angle and have trouble walking in the unit, do not operate the slide. You want to be as level as possible, especially with a slide that is 20 feet long. You might have to drive up on some leveling blocks first when parking the unit in your drive to make sure it is safe to operate.
If you have any other questions, please chat, email, or call Customer Service.
Sincerely,
Sarah
